Hurley dropped a collection of board shorts of countries who are going to this year’s World Cup just in time for the upcoming summer. I’m not going to lie, I might have to buy a pair myself considering how nice they look. The range includes board shorts for England, France, Nigeria, Australia, Portugal and two different designs for the USA.
The 90’s are back. Geometrical patterns are hot right now and we couldn’t be more excited about some of the World Cup jerseys. While Nike opted for cleaner, standardized and simplistic designs, Adidas went the extra mile and took a risk in bringing back the 90’s. Here are our favorites so far:
Germany
Die Mannschaft’s jersey is clearly reminiscent of the 1990 home kit. This time, however, it is a strictly black and white format instead of the tricolor (black, red and yellow). The jersey is both edgy and nostalgic. What else could you ask for?
In a world full of flashy cleats everywhere you look, Nike has done everyone a favor and released some very, very elegant boots. Black is the new black after all. Don't get me wrong, the new Adidas Nemiziz have everyone swooning at the moment.
