Amazing Goals

Kevin De Bruyne Is So Ridiculously Good Right Now It Hurts

Kevin De Bruyne is not the fastest player. He’s not the strongest nor is he even particularly physically imposing. But De Bruyne vs Arsenal was an absolute joy to watch on Sunday.

De Bruyne had two goals and an assist in the first half alone as Manchester City ripped Arsenal to shreds 3-0 at the Emirates on Sunday. The redheaded Belgian was at his glorious best, dictating the match and providing fantastic finishes. If not for Gunners keeper Bernd Leno, KDB would’ve had at least three or four goals.

Monterrey Sets Date With Liverpool In Club World Cup After Cracking Thunderbolt From Vangioni

Leonel Vangioni booked a date with Liverpool with one monstrous lash of his left foot.

Monterrey’s 31-year-old Argentine left back launched a stunning long-range goal to help his team beat Al-Sadd 3-2 in the Club World Cup quarterfinals on Saturday in Qatar. The victory sends Los Rayados to the semifinals against UEFA Champions League champion Liverpool on Wednesday.

Philippe Coutinho Embarrasses Bremen Keeper With Absurd Lob

There are great goals, crap goals and meh goals. Then there are the goals that are just mean. Philippe Coutinho scored a meh goal and a great goal on Saturday against Werder Bremen, but the middle strike of his hat trick fell firmly in the category of cruel and unusual punishment.

Bayern Munich fell behind early to Bremen but ran away with an easy 6-1 win, with Coutinho netting three. Robert Lewandowski added two, because of course he did, and Thomas Müller joined in on the fun as well.

You’ll Need A Napkin To Watch Mo Salah’s Filthy Backheel Nutmeg Goal

Mohamed Salah is starting to catch fire. The second Mo Salah goal vs Watford on Saturday may have been his best yet.

The Egyptian wonder had a goal and an assist against Bournemouth last weekend and a goal against RB Salzburg in the Champions League during the week. Salah scored twice in Liverpool’s 2-0 win over Watford at Anfield that sent the Reds 10 points ahead of second-place Leicester City.

Salah’s first was a beauty in its own right. The winger who highly favors his left foot showed he can also score curlers with his right to open the scoring in the 38th minute.

Watch Every Angle Of Son Heung-min’s Lung-Busting, Box-To-Box Solo Goal

The fifth goal of Son Heung-min’s 2019-20 Premier League season was perhaps the finest he’s ever scored for Tottenham. Beginning at the edge of his own area, the 27-year-old attacker took off at a brisk pace before roaring through the gears and leaving eight Burnley defenders in his torrential wake.

Arsenal Women Score A Spectacular Team Goal

Arsenal Women went top of the FA WSL on Sunday following a 3-0 victory over Reading at Adams Park. 23-year-old Dutch striker Vivianne Miedema scored a brace for the Gunners, but it was Kim Little’s strike in the 37th minute that conjured memories of some of Arsenal’s greatest-ever team goals.

The men’s team is synonymous with breathtaking team goals…

Luis Suárez Backheel Goal Celebrated As Once-In-A-Century Masterpiece

Despite Antoine Griezmann scoring his first league goal in seven weeks with a sumptuous chip and Lionel Messi recording a record-breaking 35th hat-trick in LaLiga, all anyone wants to talk about nearly 24 hours after Barcelona’s captivating 5-2 victory over Mallorca is the Luis Suárez effort that the Uruguayan striker is labelling the best of his career.

Messi Passes Ronaldo For Most LaLiga Hat Tricks With Stunning Trio Of Goals

Lionel Messi broke Cristiano Ronaldo’s record for most LaLiga hat tricks with three goals in a 5-2 win over Mallorca on Saturday at the Bernabeu, the same week Messi won his record sixth Ballon d’Or.

If This Son Heung-Min Goal Can’t Bring World Peace, Nothing Can

Sports are often divisive in nature. It’s your team vs. my team, us vs. them, Messi vs. Ronaldo.

But sports can also bring people together like nothing else in the world.

Son Heung-min can bring people together.

Son, Tottenham’s 27-year-old dynamo, plays on a team that many in London would rather discount, Arsenal fans in particular. But it’s impossible to ignore this player’s charisma and, more importantly, endlessly impressive footballing ability.

Newcastle Scores Bizarre, Slow Motion Goal After VAR Overturns Offside Decision

Two stats stood out ahead of today’s Premier League match between Sheffield and Newcastle United at Bramall Lane: (1) Andy Carroll was handed his first Newcastle start in almost nine years and (2) Martin Dúbravka was busy making his 65th straight EPL appearance for the Toon, a run which began directly following his move from Sparta Prague back in January of 2018.

Both players played massive roles in Newcastle’s bizarre 2-0 victory.
