A Firebombing Took Away His Family, So Real Madrid Made His Dream Come True.

Sometimes clubs and player do things that make you realize that they do still have things in perspective, and they don’t see the world through a Lamborghini kaleidoscope lens (although that sounds really cool, not gonna lie).

Palestinian five-year-old Ahmed Dawabcheh lost his parents and baby brother in a firebombing carried out by Jewish extremists. This tragedy led to Dawabcheh suffering injuries as well, and he has spent the last 8 months of his life recovering.

It Started With A Chest Bump. It Ended With The Worst Fight In Russia This Year.

Fights in soccer often don’t escalate beyond shouting matches (with an occasional push thrown in the mix for good measure). This fight between Torpedo Armavir and FC Sibir in the Russian second division, however, lived up to the word.

18 Seconds of Ronaldo Is The Video That Always Makes A Good First Impression

It was only a matter of time before we featured Cristiano Ronaldo in our “18 Seconds of” series. With the advent of social media, his good looks and incredible skills, Ronaldo is arguably the biggest celebrity to ever grace the world of soccer. We don’t focus too much on that celebrity in the following video, but it is the subject of two out the three articles we have selected below in order to teach you more about the Portuguese star.

English Fans Hold Mock Funeral Procession For Their Beloved Club

Charlton Athletic, once a proud Premier League team, are in a lot of trouble. The club is hideously in debt and, despite a slight upturn in form, they are still five points away from sliding down into League 1. Many fans blame their recent troubles on Belgian owner Roland Duchatele and controversial CEO Katrien Miere. So, this past weekend the fans took to the street in a unique way.

Coutinho's Filthy Chip Sends Liverpool to the Europa League Quarterfinals

Liverpool are on to the Europa League quarterfinals, but it wasn't always a for sure thing when Manchester United scored from the spot to make it 2 - 1 on aggregate. With Manchester United up 1 - 0 and looking for a second to tie on aggregate, Liverpool's Coutinho scored a world class goal that took a great deal of skill. The Brazilian midfielder took the ball just inside the attacking third of the pitch, took on United right back Guillermo Varela, beat him in one move and chipped David de Gea from a extremely tough angle.

This Cow Just Wants To Be A Person And Play Soccer

When a cow comes to a soccer field and wants to play soccer, who's gonna tell the cow no? Not me! Cows are big and fast and ornery. They can play soccer if the want, although not very well.

I mean, look at this guy, he doesn't get anywhere near the ball the whole time he (we're just assuming here, we don't know enough about cows to know the differences between genders based on a blurry Youtube video) is on the pitch. He has no positional awareness at all, but he is big, strong and fast, we'll give him that. So basically he's Steven Gerrard.

Champions League Round of 16 Goals - March 15, 2016

Manchester City, Dynamo Kiev, Atletico Madrid and PSV Eindhoven played their second legs in the Champions League Round of 16. With a 3-1 aggregate, Manchester City played comfortably and tied Kiev 0 - 0 at the Ethiad. While down in Madrid, Atletico and PSV played to a 0 - 0 draw. With aggregate being tied 0 - 0, extra time was needed and still not a goal was scored. The PK shootout was nerve racking as each team traded PKs. On the 8th PK for PSV, Luciano Narsingh hit the crossbar giving Atletico the chance to win with a converted PK.

San Jose Earthquakes Forward Quincy Amarikwa Scores 35 Yard Chip Against the Portland Timbers

The young 2016 MLS season is only two weeks old but has produced a number of highlight reel goals. The San Jose Earthquakes clashed with 2015 MLS Champions, Portland Timbers on a rain soaked pitch in San Jose, California. While the Bay Area is not accustomed to the El Nino storm system, San Jose pulled out a 2 - 1 win with goals from their two star forwards, Chris Wondolowski and Quincy Amarikwa. Wondo's sublime finish in the 30th minute sent 2016 MLS All Star host, Avaya Stadium into a frenzy, but Amarikwa's chip in the 45th+1 minute had fans rocking.
