It's obvious that Javier Hernandez has been in incredible form this year. But we didn't realize just how good Chicharito has been until we saw this list of records Hernandez has set so far this year with Bayer Leverkusen.

Look at those! We do not have enough exclamation points to describe what we are seeing.
Here's the link to the original article put out by the Bundesliga (it's in Spanish). The Bundesliga hasn't traditionally been a destination for Mexican players, but, with Hernandez playing so well, that could easily change. You have to think other teams will take notice of how well he is playing, and try to find a Mexican attacker of their own (Tecatito, Jurgen Damm and Carlos Vela all come to mind).
Chicharito joined Leverkusen after a disappointing start to the season with Manchester United, and after failing to have his loan extended at Real Madrid. He's been one of the most prolific strikers in the world at different times in his career, so this run of form doesn't exactly come as a surprise. It looks to us like he just needed a change of scenery.
He's also been good for Mexico's national team lately, even though he didn't score in Mexico's first two World Cup qualifiers (which Mexico won 3-0 and 2-0).
