What do you do in life? How do you make the most out of life? I don’t know. Maybe the best advice comes from golfer John Daly: grip it, rip it and sip it. Konyaspor’s Mehdi Bourabia knows what I’m talking about.
The 26-year-old midfielder spent an eternity trying to find a teammate (in our metaphor about life, we could say "meaning") during Thursday’s Europa League match against Vitoria. He read all the books he could get his hands on, tried a myriad of different professional occupations and travelled the world, but still, no full-back came screaming up the far touchline to provide him with any meaning.
And so, after prancing and spinning about for five seconds, Bourabia just decided to live his best life by gripping it, ripping it and sipping it. Look how it turned out for him.

The lesson here is do it yourself and don’t ever wait for support. This is good advice because, I mean, just look at John Daly...maybe this isn’t good advice.
