Now that the smoke has cleared (a bit), The18 highlights our favorite reactions on Twitter to the USMNT's announcement about Landon Donovan.

When news broke on Thursday that Landon Donovan had been left off the USMNT roster for World Cup 2014, the Internet basically had an aneurysm.
