FC Kansas City, the reigning champs of the NWSL, got a little shock when they received their shiny new championship rings.
FCKC, who have won the NWSL in two of the league's three seasons (season four just started), shared a nice photo of their championship rings on Twitter (the tweet has since been deleted). But something was a little off.
Can you see it? Can you spot the typo?
NSWL.
That is not the name of the league FC Kansas City play in. It isn't the "National Soccer Women's League." That name makes no sense. FCKC eventually caught the mistake and acknowledged it in a different, not-deleted tweet.
Our #NWSL rings will look a lot like this, but they'll be even better. #NSWL pic.twitter.com/OnzzhIRuYj

We certainly hope so.
