Con Memo Ochoa Como Estatua, Los Postes Salvaron Al América En El Clásico Ante Chivas

Chivas mereció más, pero al final no pudo pasar del 0-0 ante América, en una nueva edición del Clásico Nacional del fútbol mexicano.

A la hora de justificar el par de rosquillas, los únicos culpables que se vienen a la cabeza son los postes que dejaron el grito de gol atrapado en las gargantas de los Chivahermanos.

Los palos de Chivas

El comienzo del partido fue reflejo de las mediocres campañas que viven ambos equipos. No hay que olvidar que el Rebaño es noveno en el Clausura 2022, mientras que el América está en el sótano de la Liga MX, batallando por no protagonizar un ridículo histórico.

En el campo esto se manifestó con un juego aburrido y generador de bostezos.

Sin embargo, a medida que se iba acercando el descanso, el Guadalajara empezó a atreverse un poquito más en su condición de local. Y a los 38' tuvo una oportunidad dorada para abrir el marcador. Alexis Vega, que alcanzó a recuperarse a tiempo de una dolencia de rodilla, sacó un latigazo de media distancia que dejó a Memo Ochoa en plan estatua. Desafortunadamente para Vega y su equipo, el balón se fue viboreando hasta estrellarse en uno de los verticales.

Pudo ser fantástico, pero el destino no lo quiso así. Not today, not today.

El sacudón de Chivas despertó a América. Los azulcrema buscaron caminos para inquietar al Rebaño, pero más allá de un remate de Roger Martínez, los tapatíos no pasaron grandes sobresaltos.

En la segunda parte, un cabezazo de Hiram Mier volvió a renegar la alegría a los fans rojiblancos, aunque en la jugada siguiente, Jonathan Dos Santos, se fue expulsado por una impetuosa, pero accidental patada en la cara sobre el joven Sebastián Pérez. 

Con uno más, Chivas intentó ir a campo contrario con una actitud más agresiva, pero la verdad es que América resistió bien e incluso alcanzó a incomodar al Rebaño hacia el final del encuentro.

En la próxima jornada, Chivas tendrá otro clásico, esta vez a nivel regional vs Atlas, mientras que América recibirá a Toluca, intentando salir del último puesto del Clausura 2022.
