MLS Won’t Use One Of The Worst Parts Of English Premier League’s VAR In 2020

Video Assistant Referee has its critics in Major League Soccer, not least Zlatan Ibrahimovic, but for the most part it has avoided the widespread fan antipathy that has roiled the English Premier League, German Bundesliga and elsewhere.

MLS was the first league in the world to use VAR in every game, starting in 2017.

The former World Cup and Champions League winner clearly wasn’t ready to lead one of Europe’s top clubs.

Major League Soccer, on the other hand, might be the perfect place for the 42-year-old coach.

You don’t need a reminder of Horan’s remarkable skill on the ball, but here’s a reminder — the goal she scored against Canada in the final was poetry in motion.

USMNT Union Just Made USSF Look Really, Really Bad In USWNT Gender Discrimination Lawsuit

It’s been nearly a year since the USWNT filed its gender equity lawsuit against the United States Soccer Federation. Eleven months into the legal battle, some of the most damning evidence against the USSF came out on Wednesday, courtesy of the USMNT players union.
