The Champions League draw 2022-23 date is set for Thursday, Aug. 25, and we now know the 32 qualified teams that'll be drawn into eight groups of four. The group stage draw takes place in Istanbul, Turkey (also the location of the final) at 12 p.m. ET with English-language coverage provided by CBS Sports on Paramount+ and Spanish on Univision and TUDN.

It's worth mentioning that the group stage will be contracted over an eight-week period this fall because of the start of the 2022 World Cup on Nov. 21.

Ranking The Worst FIFA Cover Boys Of All Time

This year marks the final edition of the vaunted FIFA video game series under the current name. From the rough-looking first FIFA games of the early 90s to the modern masterpieces of today, dozens of soccer superstars have graced the covers, including Kylian Mbappé and Sam Kerr in FIFA 23, out Sept. 27/30, 2022.

MLS Vs. Liga MX: Concacaf Champions League Power Rankings

It's almost been four months since Seattle made history by defeating Pumas to become the first MLS team to win the Concacaf Champions League, and although we've still got some time before we start the 2023 competition, we can start making predictions with the Liga MX field already filled and the MLS representatives now (somewhat) predictable.

Compañeros Lejos De Casa: Futbolistas Mexicanos Que Jugaron Juntos En Europa

Cada año se hace más común ver a jugadores mexicanos emigrar hacia Europa y, esta temporada 2022-23 en especifico, ha sido una de muchos movimientos para los jugadores aztecas hacia y dentro del viejo continente.

Americans Abroad: 3 Players Ready For Qatar And 2 Who Look Lost

Ninety-five days to go now. There's still so much to prove but so little time for our boys in r̶e̶d̶, white and blue ahead of the World Cup.

The past week in Europe saw the emergence of a young star, strong performances from guys on the fence and two locked-in starters enter transfer purgatory.

Predicting The 2022-23 LaLiga Table From First To Last

Here we go again. It's been one year to the day since everyone prematurely announced the death of LaLiga following Lionel Messi's shocking transfer to PSG. Real Madrid was yesterday's news and Barcelona was a finished club, or so the story went.

Fast forward 365 days and Real Madrid is the reigning European champion and Karim Benzema is the Ballon d'Or favorite. Down in Catalonia, the appointment of Xavi recharged Barça while Robert Lewandowski — Benzema's closest challenger for the world's top individual prize — has joined from Bayern Munich.

MLS All-Star Game Rosters, Preview And How To Watch On Wednesday Night

It's strange, contrived and entirely meaningless, but it's also a lot of fun. 2022 marks the 26th edition of the annual MLS All-Star Game with its current format effectively inviting the 52 best footballers currently residing in North America to get together and showcase their stuff for a night.

Americans Abroad: 3 Players Ready For Qatar And 2 Who Look Lost

Opening week of the 2022-23 season is in the books, and by the time next weekend's action gets under way we'll be less than 100 days from the start of the World Cup in Qatar. Every performance truly matters now.

USMNT manager Gregg Berhalter has built a solid core of players over the qualifying cycle that'll comprise a majority of the 26-player squad, but there are still fierce competitions raging and open places for players who go on a tear through the first couple months of the season.
