Brazilian footballing sensation Neymar is, if you didn’t know, the man. The homie. A ladies man. The guy that half the world wants to be friends with and the other half wants to sleep with. Just strolling through his Instagram cements this perception of him.
I don’t know about you but when I see that man, the one behind the stunningly cool shades. I imagine he can melt your heart no matter what’s in your pants. I want to buy him tickets. I’m not sure what to, but I want to go with him.
All of this should reinforce one lesson: social media doesn’t rule the world.
I was strolling through another favorite time waster of mine the other day when I found this video in a series done by talkSPORT. In it, as in all the other videos in the series, talkSPORT shows a series of “then and now” photographs of a famous footballer, Neymar, to a bunch of young women and asks them to voice their opinions.
Being the Neymar fan that I am, I thought that they would all fawn helplessly over him. They don’t. These girls roast Neymar something awful.
I was left laughing out loud as various young women said things like “what the f***!” as they saw a very normal looking picture of Neymar. They were not impressed. They thought he was 40 years old. I’ll let the video do the rest of the talking.
Just wait until they show the “then” photo.
That one girl was right, they are so mean.
