It’s always a little daunting when someone tells you to watch 100 of something. This is the internet after all, where people will make a video on the 100 best trance songs and it will receive 260,000 views; just because 100 of something exists does not mean you, or most people, will enjoy going through it all. This is a problem that I was immediately faced with when I saw that rom7ooo had made a video of the 100 best goals of the year.
Now, I love soccer, I write about it for a living, but that in no way means that I would normally just throw 20 minutes of my time into a video because it has the word “goal” in its title.
I realize that this is the 3rd video in a week that I have written about that is 20 minutes long, and that would seem to make me a bit of a hypocrite considering what I just wrote, but trust me: this video is an authoritative countdown.
If you do nothing else skip to the top 10 (starting at 17:35). They are spectacular, and I’d be willing to bet you haven’t seen most of them.
