The Insane Memorabilia Collection Of A Premier League Legend

John Terry: captain, leader, legend and collector of an insane amount of glorious soccer memorabilia. The 18-year professional has collected nearly every medal on the planet and his stunning trophy case represents that fact. Four Premier League titles, five FA Cups, and UEFA Europa League and Champions League winner’s medals represent the greatest achievements for the Chelsea captain.

Over the course of his long and illustrious career, Terry has come up against some supremely gifted opposition as demonstrated by his collection of jersey swaps. Cristiano Ronaldo, Xavi, Lionel Messi, Thierry Henry and Ronaldinho are just a few of the names that grace this veritable footballing museum. His haul of Man of the Match champagnes could make for one hell of a New Year's celebration as well.

As the collector of 78 international caps, the only thing missing from the one-time England captain's collection is any international award of note. Terry was never able to advance past the quarterfinals of a major international tournament with England. However, Terry was one of the few England players to achieve acclaim during a major international tournament having been named to the 2006 FIFA World Cup Best XI.

Terry’s chances of adding to his trophy cabinet with Chelsea are fleeting. The club have not actively pursued the renewal of his contract, which expires this summer. With Chelsea on the verge of elimination from the Champions League at the hands of Paris Saint-Germain, the FA Cup represents Terry's final chance to add to his collection. They've drawn Everton in the quarterfinals of the competition.

With his career at Chelsea seemingly drawing to a close, rumors of a move abroad now surround Terry with MLS, Qatar or China being the preferred destinations. The 35-year-old center-back will have no shortage of suitors with his winning track record.
