Clint Dempsey Asks New Yorkers About Clint Dempsey

These videos never get old. After the World Cup, Jimmy Kimmel sent a man onto the street to ask fans about Landon Donovan’s performance in Brazil. Hilarity ensued, as most people had no idea Landon Donovan wasn’t in the World Cup - and gave answers as if he most definitely was. 

You would think that with the popularity of World Cup 2014 (after all, it was the biggest social media event in history, with 3 billion posts, comments and likes on Facebook alone), people would be able to recognize captain Clint Dempsey. Not so fast! ESPN and Clint Dempsey teamed up and had Dempsey’s walk around New York and asks fans what they think of… Clint Dempsey. Hilarity ensued.
