Multiple reports today have Aston Villa’s Christian Benteke transfering to Liverpool.
Christian Benteke looks set to leave Aston Villa with Liverpool ready to meet the forward's £32.5m exit clause.

The addition of Benteke is a salve for a Liverpool team that has seen the exits of Luis Suarez and Raheem Sterling over the past two seasons, and Daniel Sturridge succumb to injuries.
Benteke scored 13 goals and added two more assists in 29 Premier League appearances last year. Brendan Rogers is looking for that kind of production as he tries to build an attack that can match the 101 goals scored by his side in 13/14, instead of the 52 it managed in 14/15.
Benteke’s attacking qualities are well known around the Premier League. Chelsea’s very own Eden Hazard — the 14/15 PFA, FWA, And Premier League Player of the Season — has said that playing with Benteke would make him the happiest man in the world.
Benteke’s size and technique make him a handful to deal with, and if his qualities can combine with the creative genius of Philippe Coutinho and Roberto Firmino, Liverpool could be looking at a season of attacking output the likes of which it hasn’t commanded since that aforementioned 13/14 season, in which SAS took England by storm in.
The deal hasn’t been officially confirmed by Liverpool yet.
Liverpool play a preseason friendly against the Brisbane Roar on July 17th, at 4:45 PM EST.
