Remember Takuhiro Nakai? You know, the 10-year-old who was signed by Real Madrid?
Last year, The18 posted a video of his skills as he embarrassed Barcelona’s U13 team. For those who missed it, here it is:
Well, now that we have refreshed your memories, let's come back to the present.
The now 11-year-old Takuhiro “Pipi” Nakai is back at it and he still is in the business of kicking a** and taking names. Take a look at Nakai’s performance against Atletico Madrid’s developmental team. We couldn’t find what age group this is, but it doesn’t matter as far as we’re concerned.
For some reason he isn’t starting in this match so here are the timestamps of the must-see parts:
1:07 - Pipi enters the match. We have no idea why he doesn’t start.
1:09 - Pipi obliterates some kid with a perfectly-timed tackle and steals the ball.
1:15 - The Japanese wonder shows off his passing skills that lead to a goal.
1:51 - Pipi slices and dices before passing the ball off.
2:05 - Pipi concludes the video with a snipe into the upper corner from the right side of the 18.
It is rumored Rafa Benitiz may be looking to bring up Pipi for a Real Madrid first team match soon.
(OK. That is actually a lie, but we wish it were true.)
