Norwich City FC have released one of the most genius, emotional and important videos about mental health. The Norwich mental health video was posted on Tuesday for World Mental Health Day.
After just 24 hours the video has accumulated over 43 million views on Twitter and millions more on other platforms. While the video is sad, it’s also so vital and has received high praise not just from the soccer community, but the world.

“At times, it can be obvious when someone is struggling to cope, but sometimes the signs are harder to spot,” Norwich wrote in the tweet.
This is spot on from the club in that sometimes it’s the happiest people who are going through the hardest times.
That's superbly done and really hits home - well done Norwich City

I have no idea what Norwich City is or even what they play. I am now a fan, where can I buy a jersey. Well done.

Wow! This is the most incredible thing I have ever seen. For someone who has experienced mental health decline myself I still didn’t predict the ending of the video which kind of proves the point of the video.
Look out for each other.— Alt1976.eth (@Alt1976NFT) October 10, 2023
Norwich have also provided a mental health resources page for fans who are struggling.
