Parents love nothing more than being given parenting advice by non-parents. This is a fact. That's why I have taken it upon myself to enlighten the parents of this small child who climbed a fence to watch a soccer match in Argentina.

That kid's pretty high up!
As a single, childless 23-year-old, I am in no way qualified to give anyone parenting advice, but to my (again, totally unqualified to be making this judgment) sensibilities, this seems like it would not be the best idea in the world to let your child do this.
The kid's parents probably know better than me, though, so whatever.
