Will Ferrell ended up being the big news story of the day, but LAFC unveiled their crest at the ceremony. Here it is.

It made things a little awkward for fellow expansion teams Minnesota United and Atlanta United. LAFC will begin play in 2018.

But back to Will Ferrell: if someone can get him to start doing stuff like this on the sidelines, that'd be great. And hire Mike Ditka in some capacity while you're at it.
