Clint Dempsey, the all-time leading goal scorer in USMNT history was named Comeback Player of the Year by Major League Soccer on Wednesday, just edging out Columbus’ Federico Higuain. Dempsey missed much of the second half of the 2016 season with an irregular heartbeat but returned in 2017 to score 12 goals.

The unique Valderrama PSA video starts with a video clip of Valderrama playing for Real Valladolid against Real Madrid in 1991, when Míchel touched Valderrama in the nether regions three times to try to distract the Colombian ahead of a corner kick. 

Cristiano Ronaldo welcomed his fourth child into the world following the birth of Alana Martina as announced on Twitter. The mother is 22-year-old Spanish model Georgina Rodriguez, who’s been dating the Portuguese star since 2016.
