The young American’s talents secured him a long-term deal at the German club, with Dortmund extending Campbell’s contract until 2028 after providing 37 goal contributions across 52 appearances with the reserves.
Campbell recently made the one-time switch to the USMNT after playing a handful of matches for Iceland’s youth national team, marking yet another case of a dual national officially choosing to play for the United States.
