Swedish club Kalmar AIK were involved in one of the most beautiful sporting moments of the year, showing support to their cancer-battling captain in perhaps the most emotional way possible.

This is what it’s all about.
The club announced that they will be playing a match dedicated to Heman and — amidst the video going viral and the support shown worldwide — have decided to open a fundraiser so people all over the world could support Heman with his treatment.
Everyone united for Markus.
