Ronaldinho is not retired. Not yet. We're happy about this, because someone who loves the game as much as he does should be able to play forever. We know that this will not be the case, but we want him to go on as long as possible.
We are even more glad that Dinho is waiting until after Carnival to decide where he plays next. That's what he told reporters in Florida earlier this month.
Carnival, for the uninitiated, is probably the biggest, wildest party in the world. It's what Mardi Gras wants to be when it grows up, and takes place in Brazil in early March every year. So basically it's Dinho's happy place, as evidenced by this picture.
And this picture.

And this picture, which we're not going to show on this website so we're linking to it. Viewer discretion is advised, or whatever.
Ronaldinho, with this decision, has cemented his reputation as the biggest party animal on the face of the planet. Not that we needed much more convincing.
Dinho hasn't been under contract since he and Fluminense mutually terminated his deal in September, although he returned for a cameo in the Florida Cup. Where he lands next is anyone's guess, but you can bet there will be a party nearby.
