Barcelona’s 4-2 victory over Eibar was rendered meaningless by Real Madrid’s 2-0 win against Eibar, but the event-riddled match still provided plenty of highlights.
Luis Enrique’s final match in charge at the Camp Nou began disastrously. As news filtered through the stadium regarding Real Madrid’s early opener, Eibar scored a sensational goal of their own with Takashi Inui lifting a left footed half-volley into the roof of the net in the 7th minute.

Luis Suarez should’ve equalized for Barca, but he dragged his shot wide when played through on goal by an errant Malaga back pass. Neymar then had a hilarious penalty appeal waved away by the referee. It’s pretty special.
.@neymarjr wanted the penalty, but the ref isn't having it.

News of Real Madrid going 2-0 up was then compounded by another great goal from Takashi Inui. Fans made their way towards the exits as the dream died.

But a David Junca own goal and another from Luis Suarez in the space of 10 minutes drew Barca level with 73 minutes gone. In the 74th minute, another frankly hilarious dive from Neymar actually conned the referee, and Ander Capa was given his marching orders and Messi finished from the spot.
GOOOOAAAAL: .@AnderCapa sees red for bringing @neymarjr down. This time, @TeamMessi converts. 3-2 #FCBEibar #LaLiga pic.twitter.com/PRpHLDvypB

Barca’s 3-2 advantage was clearly just for show, but Messi then made sure it was a spectacular show with this goal in the 92nd minute. Goodness.
GOOOOAAAAL: @LuisSuarez9 can't finish his 1v1. Lucky for him, he plays with @TeamMessi. 4-2 #FCBEibar #LaLiga pic.twitter.com/OBMEJcV04x
