Paderborn goalkeeper Lukas Kruse had a bit of a shock to the system last week. It looks like it hurt, and it also looks like why we should be thankful that slow motion video capture has become standard in all sporting events. Because the only thing more satisfying than watching a keeper get drilled in the face with a thunderbastard launched from mere yards away is watching it from multiple angles in slow-motion.
As you can tell by the end of the video, as painful and embarrassing as the incident was, it seems that Kruse came out of the whole thing no worse for wear.
