Leave it to the outspoken Noel Gallagher to bring France and England together.
The Oasis front man’s song "Don’t Look Back In Anger" was played prior to the England-France friendly Tuesday in Paris in a show of solidarity between the two nations following the recent terrorist attacks in England.

Just like in 2015 when England hosted France days after 130 were killed in the Paris terrorist attacks, the home team’s fans sang along for the national anthem of the visitors. Additionally, France’s anthem was played before “God Save The Queen”, a reversal of the usual order.
In addition to a well-observed moment of silence, it was a touching display of solidarity between two countries who really know how to hate each other, but also are capable of burying the hatchet when necessary.
The French hosts were even friendlier early in the second half when Raphael Varane clipped Dele Alli from behind in the box, earning a red card following a video review. Harry Kane converted the penalty to tie the game at 2-2.
However, just as when England topped France 2-0 in 2015, it was the home side that won.
Monaco’s (for now) 18-year-old sensation Kylian Mbappe set up Ousmane Dembele for the winner in the 78th minute, giving 10-man France a 3-2 victory.
