Liverpool are having a miserable season, but there is a silver lining behind their ninth-placed cloud. That metaphor is particularly apt in regards to Liverpool fans because clouds are a major part of storms, which Liverpool fans find themselves walking through with their heads held high.
AND DON'T BE AFRAID OF THE DARK...
Sorry, we got a little carried away there. But it is pretty much a universal truth that miserable people sing the best songs, and with the likes of Christian Benteke and Simon Mignolet in the squad, Liverpool fans are singing pretty well right now.
Before the 3-3 draw with Arsenal Wednesday, Anfield belted out Liverpool standard "You'll Never Walk Alone," and this 360-degree video of the performance will give you chills, even if you're not a Liverpool fan.
You'll Never Walk Alone
No, no, I'm not crying. There's just something in my eye.
But, seriously, leave it to the Kop to make walking through a storm with your head held high sound like a great way to spend an afternoon. Matter of fact, I'm going to go find a storm right now, then I'm going to walk through it with my head held high. I am so amped right now.
