Truly Hard Seltzer is the official hard seltzer of U.S. Soccer and recruited two stars for a humorous new ad. The Tyler Adams and Weston McKennie Truly shower commercial is 28 seconds of pure gold.
There’s nothing quite like having a beverage in the shower. If you’ve done it before then you know what I’m talking about and if you haven’t then you’re missing out.
Truly has now become “The Official Shower Beverage of U.S. Soccer.”
In the new commercial McKennie parodies those classic shampoo and body wash commercials except rather than getting clean he’s enjoying a postgame Truly.

The video ends with a surprise guest appearance from Tyler Adams. We’re not sure if this will be a series, but we’d love to see more of the USMNT stars involved in these kinds of videos.
McKennie spoke about the Truly video saying he was excited when asked about the video idea.
“My teammates know they can always count on me to rally the team for a good time after a game,” said Weston McKennie, USMNT midfielder. “When Truly approached me about Shower Trulys, I said ‘that’s great, I think I invented them – let’s show the fans.’”
Hopefully McKennie and the USMNT will have several good times after games this summer as the U.S. hosts Copa América. The USMNT’s opening game is against Bolivia on June 23.
