An amazing Wayne Rooney free kick vs Celtic during a legends game on Saturday was truly special. The 38-year-old showed he's still as lethal as ever with a dead ball and wowed the fans at Old Trafford.
Rooney scored United’s only goal of the game in the 41st minute when his curling free kick nestled beautifully into the top corner.

You could’ve shown us this highlight and we’d comfortably say it was from his playing days. What a strike from the former United man.
Rooney last played professionally with Derby County in 2021, he now manages Plymouth Argyle in the EFL Championship after being sacked by Birmingham City at the beginning of 2024.
Some of the other United legends that played on Saturday were classic names like Michael Carrick, Dimitar Berbatov, Paul Scholes, Antonio Valencia and more.
