It's Full Speed Ahead For HMS Piss The League, The Championship's Most Notorious Vessel

Last season, the Championship was a perfectly scripted drama that perfectly encapsulated the unpredictable nature of the league at both ends of the table — the final promotion and relegation spots were truly not decided until the last kick of the season.

The English second tier has been just as good so far this year, as numerous teams have challenged for promotion and the bottom of the table has been just as tight.

Shocking Alexander-Arnold, Liverpool Defense Punished By Real Madrid In First Leg Hammering

Real Madrid is not Arsenal. That much was evident as Liverpool’s win over the latter on Saturday looked far in the rear-view mirror following a defeat to the former in the Champions League on Tuesday.

English Championship In Shambles After 20-Year-Old Oklahoman Again Obliterates Defenses

Two Daryl Dike goals vs. Luton Town on Monday upped the Oklahoman’s scoring tally to seven goals in 13 games for Barnsley.

Dike has been a scoring machine for the English Championship side ever since Orlando City loaned him out in February. The 20-year-old’s brace secured an important 2-1 victory as the club pushes for promotion, and Barnsley is now fifth in the league.

Dike bagged the game’s opening goal in the 27th minute with his favored run off the last defender and followed it up with a classy finish into the bottom corner.

Guardiola Demands 5 Substitutions To Avoid “Killing The Players”

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola criticized the lack of rest this season and said that UEFA and FIFA are "killing the players."

"It's too much. They are human beings, not machines. I know some of them are sad because they always want to play every game, but that's not possible," said Guardiola, who made six changes to his side in Saturday's win over Leicester City.

"To be good in all competitions this year without spectators, in the shortest season in history, if you don't rotate your players you can't compete and you couldn't be in the position we're in," he added.

‘Same Coach, Different Players,’ Mourinho Says When Asked About Crumbling Reputation

NEWCASTLE - Tottenham Hotspur manager José Mourinho said they were the architects of their own downfall after failing to hold on to the lead in a 2-2 Premier League draw at Newcastle United on Sunday.

Spurs led 2-1 at the break thanks to a quick-fire double from Harry Kane but an 85th-minute equalizer from Joe Willock prevented Mourinho's side from provisionally moving up to fourth in the table.

NBCSN Really Wanted Pulisic To Aggravate His Hamstring Injury In The Worst Way

Christian Pulisic’s latest injury setback is frustrating. It’s frustrating for Chelsea fans who want to see him recapture the form he showcased throughout “Project Restart.” It’s frustrating for USMNT fans who simply want to see him play week in, week out. And it’s supremely frustrating for Pulisic, a 22-year-old with clear leadership qualities who’s sacrificed everything in the singular pursuit of playing for one of the world's biggest clubs.

Kept Out Of England Squad, Alexander-Arnold Sparkles In Dominating Win Over Arsenal

Gareth Southgate made the surprising decision to keep Liverpool fullback Trent Alexander-Arnold off his England squad for March’s World Cup qualifiers. The 22-year-old, who was named to the PFA Team of the Year the last two seasons, wasn’t deemed good enough for the Three Lions, perhaps a victim of his club’s poor run of form.
