Oh, goodness. Something bad happened here. This guy might be the worst teammate ever.
There's a phrase used in nearly every sport by nearly every coach at some point. That phrase is "head on a swivel." When someone tells you to keep your head on a swivel, that means you need to be more aware of your surroundings.
Li Jianbin did not have his head on a swivel here, as he went up to attempt a bicycle kick.
Xiong Fei did not have his head on a swivel either, as he ran to head the ball. Unfortunately, Li Jianbin attempted his bicycle kick at the precise moment that Xiong Fei was attempting his header. It did not go well.
Hopefully both players have learned something from this: keep your head on a swivel. That way you won't get kicked in the face. Or kick anyone in the face. At least Xiong Fei looks to be in good spirits. Sort of.
Xiong Fei is fine from the injury today. Let’s go to the final and win a trophy!! pic.twitter.com/JPaVRdeclm
