Directional Header
The passing header is an awesome technique to use while the ball is in the air. Try and use it when you are not being pressured to clear the ball. Before the ball arrives, look around and find your teammates. Once the ball head the ball down to your teammates feet by heading through your waist, shoulders and neck. Make sure you have enough time to get off the pass, because a inaccurate pass could lead to turnovers.
