This is Ronaldo’s 14th of the season in the league, and his fourth in as many games in 2025. Ronaldo thought he had scored his 921st career goal with a sensational strike — arguably his best of the season — in the final moments of the game. Yet, the goal was ruled out following a VAR review, denying him the brace.
