This Falcao is not the Falcao that you are probably thinking about. You know, the one that is having quite possibly the worst year of his life at Manchester United, the one that was once considered the best striker in the world, who couldn’t buy a permanent contract with United if Robin van Persie, Wayne Rooney, and James Wilson all dropped dead. This is Falcao the Futsal King, and after watching him at work you might never remember that other unfortunate Falcao again.
For those that aren’t familiar with Futsal, it caters towards players with incredible close control and slick dribbling abilities, so as you might imagine, the king of this game has some pretty magisterial moves. He dinks the goal keeper like a log in his back yard, and repeatedly nutmegs poor defenders for fun. He has no look passes the likes of which should only be able to be performed by a basketball player. He’s just all around unbelievable to watch. If you watch basketball and have ever seen those old AND1 Street Ball mixtapes, you have an idea of what you are about to see, if not, imagine Ronaldinho in his prime, except more obsessed with dribbling, and his opponents had far less space to hide.
Seriously, have you ever seen anything like those free kicks in the second half of the video? Who else scores over a wall with a rainbow kick? Who?!
