23 Players, 23 Stories: Meet The USWNT

The 2015 Women’s World Cup is less than a month away and the United States Women's National Team is poised to make a deep run.

As the tournament goes on and as Jill Ellis’ squad goes deeper into the tournament, the hype surrounding the team will only grow. One thing Americans are good at is getting behind Team USA, no matter what the event is. The much deserved attention for the team is going to explode, but before everyone proclaims their love for Alex Morgan (sorry, she’s married) and the rest of the USWNT, take a second and learn about each and every one of the 23 women representing our country.

Now, before the World Cup even starts, you'll know everything there is to know about the stars that will captivate the nation. Alongside their name is the club team they represent in the NWSL so that even after the World Cup you can follow your new favorite player.
