Americans Abroad: 3 Players Ready For Qatar And 2 Who Look Lost

Ninety-five days to go now. There's still so much to prove but so little time for our boys in r̶e̶d̶, white and blue ahead of the World Cup.

The past week in Europe saw the emergence of a young star, strong performances from guys on the fence and two locked-in starters enter transfer purgatory.

A Christian Pulisic Transfer Could Be Perfect Ahead Of The World Cup

After two games played in the Premier League season, Christian Pulisic has managed to play 33 minutes. There has been speculation Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel doesn’t trust the young American, and with a World Cup just months away, game time will be important. Many clubs have been linked with Pulisic, but finding the right fit is easier said than done.

Timo Werner’s Chelsea Curse Is Over As He Scores From 30 Yards Out In His RB Leipzig Return

Chelsea Boss Thomas Tuchel ‘Does Not Trust Pulisic’ Per Report Sparking New Transfer Rumors

Jordan Pefok Has Now Scored More Bundesliga Goals Than Ricardo Pepi After One Game

Jordan Pefok has made his presence known with his new club Union Berlin. After scoring a bicycle kick in a DFB-Pokal match a week ago he opened his Bundesliga scoring account on Saturday during Union Berlin’s 3-1 victory in the Berlin derby vs. Hertha.

Pefok opened the scoring in the 31st minute with a nicely placed header at the near post. Last season’s Swiss Super League golden boot winner shows no signs of slowing his lust for goals.

England Surges Up Latest FIFA Rankings, But WTF Is North Korea Still Doing In The Top 10?

The latest women’s FIFA rankings were released on Friday and, to no one’s surprise, the USWNT remains No. 1. The last time the Americans fell out of the top spot was for a few months in 2017. England and Germany surged up the Top 10, but coming in at No. 10 is yet another baffling appearance from a team that hasn’t played in three years.

The Top 9 of the women’s FIFA rankings include all the usual suspects: USA, Germany, Sweden, England, France, Netherlands, Canada, Spain and Brazil, respectively.
