TORONTO — Michael Bradley, one of the most capped players in the history of the U.S. men's team and an all-time great for Toronto FC, will retire as a professional after the 2023 Major League Soccer (MLS) season, the club said on Tuesday.

The person/people in charge of running Napoli’s TikTok account are in hot water after a video they posted making fun of their star striker Victor Osimhen angered the player. The Osimhen TikTok video insulted the 24-year-old for missing a penalty and now the player’s agent is threatening legal action against the club.

Coach Xavi Hernandez has extended his contract with Barcelona until 2025 with an option for a further year, the LaLiga club said on Friday.

The 43-year-old manager arrived at Barcelona on a three-year deal following the departure of Dutchman Ronald Koeman at the end of 2021.

Manchester United's Jadon Sancho will train alone pending the resolution of a "discipline issue", the Premier League club said on Thursday, following the attacker's falling out with manager Erik ten Hag.

England international Sancho was omitted from United's squad for a 3-1 league loss to Arsenal on Sept. 3, with manager Ten Hag stating he had been left out because of poor training performance.

Following the match, the 23-year-old responded in a lengthy post on Twitter saying he had been unfairly made a "scapegoat".
