Juan Dinenno scored twice in regulation and had the winning kick in a penalty shootout as Pumas pulled off a stunning comeback to beat the New England Revolution in the CONCACAF Champions League quarterfinals on Wednesday in Mexico City.

Pumas won 3-0 on the night and then prevailed 4-3 in the shootout. The Revolution had won the first leg of the two-game, total-goal series 3-0 on March 9 in Foxborough, Mass.

Dinenno got Pumas on the board in the 33rd minute from short range, then slid for a right-footed finish in the 49th minute.

Christian Pulisic made it two goals in two games against Lille as Chelsea defated the defending Ligue 1 champion 2-1 on Wednesday to win 4-1 on aggregate and advance to the UEFA Champions League quarterfinals. The Pulisic goal vs Lille came at a perfect time for the Blues, who had struggled to create any chances in the first half.

After a promising first half at Allianz Stadium in which Juventus should've taken the lead against Villarreal in their Champions League Round of 16 second leg, Juve suffered an embarrassing second half collapse that saw the Spanish side score three unanswered while strolling into the quarterfinals.   

Diogo Jota and Roberto Firmino love playing against Arsenal. In a back-and-forth match between the two teams on Wednesday, it was those two men who once again who scored as the Reds moved to within a point of league-leading Manchester City.

Jota scored with his final touch of the game and Firmino tallied eight minutes later as Liverpool won 2-0 at Emirates Stadium. Jota has seven goals in seven games against Arsenal with Liverpool; Roberto Firmino’s nine league goals against the Gunners are the most of any Reds player. 

Benfica pulled off a smash-and-grab victory in Amsterdam on Tuesday defeating a much better-looking Ajax side 1-0 to advance to the Champions League quarterfinals winning 3-2 on aggregate.

If you watched the game on Paramount+ then you also suffered an unbearable 90 minutes where the audio was about one second ahead of the video on screen. One second doesn’t sound like a whole lot, but it becomes very apparent while watching.

Vinícius Júnior's transformation this season has been well documented. Sam Kerr struck in stoppage time to keep alive Chelsea's Women's Super League title hopes as they snatched a 1-0 win on Sunday over a dogged Aston Villa side, but Arsenal remain top after a 3-0 win over Brighton & Hove Albion.

Kerr latched on to a long ball from keeper Zećira Mušović and fired home in the second minute of added time before wheeling away and taking off her shirt in celebration as second-placed Chelsea kept up the pressure on Arsenal.
