Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s quest to win trophies for Manchester United is being realized with stunning proficiency. After scoring late for Man United in their FA Community Shield victory over Leicester City to mark his Red Devil Wembley debut, Zlatan has continued his act by scoring twice, including an 87th minute winner, to lift United over Southampton in the EFL Cup final, 3-2.

Hulk Is Still Doing What He Does Best In Asia: Violence

Here’s a quick update for you: Hulk, the €55.8 million man, is still ripping shots in Asia for Shanghai SIPG. This latest goal came against FC Seoul in the Asian Champions League.

Hulk is very much like his superhero namesake in that he’s very strong and really only exists in edited movie clips following his move to Zenit Saint Petersburg in 2012.

In my mind, he does absolutely nothing other than pulverize the net from 25-30 yards out. Until next time, Mr. Hulk.

Chicharito Puts An End To His Long-Standing Goal Drought For Bayer Leverkusen

Javier “Chicharito” Hernandez finally ended his goal drought dating back to October 1st by scoring against Borussia Monchengladbach on Saturday. Chicharito’s sixth goal of the campaign arrived in his 17th league match amidst rumors of a possible January transfer exit.

Somebody Scored Against Juventus, So Let’s Celebrate Them

Juventus defeated Milan 2-1 in the quarterfinals of the Coppa Italia on Wednesday which, unfortunately for Italian football, isn’t really news. Juventus have won five straight Serie A titles, and, even with the higher likelihood of upsets in knockout football, they’ve managed to win the Coppa Italia two straight years.

Their hegemony of Italian football makes a neutral viewer more apt to turn to other competitions, like The Great British Bake Off. But the romance of Italian football can still be found if you know where to look. You should be looking at Carlos Bacca.

Celebrate Australia Day By Watching 3 Screamers From 3 Aussie Legends

Tim Cahill, Mark Viduka and Harry Kewell have combined for 193 appearances for Australia and 76 goals (Cahill, 37, is still going). All three played a vital role in securing Australia’s 2006 World Cup appearance, their first since 1974, with a dramatic playoff victory over Uruguay

Lukas Podolski Scored 5 Goals In A Match, But What’s More Absurd Is He’s Still Only 31

If Lukas Podolski’s career were ever made into a movie, it’d have to be a trilogy. The director’s cut would probably be thousands of hours long. His career began with a bang at childhood club FC Koln, stagnated at Bayern Munich, was reprieved back at Koln, stalled at Arsenal, almost died at Inter Milan and now continues at Galatasaray amidst interest from the Chinese Super League and Japan.

A Clever Sombrero Flick Destroys Two Defenders And Leads To A Belter At AFCON

Zimbabwe were eliminated from the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations on Monday after losing to Tunisia in their final group match, 4-2. The Warriors, who were making only their third AFCON appearance and first since 2006, are largely reliant on striker Knowledge Musona, considered to be one of the finest footballers Zimbabwe has ever produced.

One of the few players on the team to play abroad, Musona plays for K.V. Oostende in the Belgian first division, the striker gave Zimbabwean’s a lasting memory by scoring one of the best goals of the tournament.

Robert Lewandowski Scored The Kind Of Goal That Makes You Think He’s Cheating

The Bundesliga returned from its winter break on Friday, and Bayern Munich defeated Freiburg after Robert Lewandowski blatantly cheated to score in the 91st minute.

He trapped the ball with his chest, which wasn’t fair, juggled it, which was a clear foul, and rolled a shot in off the post, which should earn him a lifetime ban. Poor Freiburg, they didn’t deserve to lose, not like this.

Pogba Reveals His 3 Best Goals And His Respect For Griezmann’s ‘Hotline Bling’ Dance
