‘Pelé’ is officially a word in the dictionary and its definition is perfect

Having reached more than 100,000 signatures, the name of the former player, who died in December, is now an entry in the dictionary.

What's going on with James Rodríguez?

There was a time when James Rodríguez had the world at his feet. After a sublime 2014 World Cup, his name was everywhere. Then, Real Madrid decided to sign him, and his global recognition and fame levels went wild.

James was a hot item and had enough sauce to become a king.

But suddenly, he did not. Circa 2017, the Colombian entered into a weird downward spiral that currently has him looking for a new gig.

I think Messi's going to Miami after watching Lyon beat a soulless PSG

There was an interesting moment during Saturday's MLS 360 show when analyst Shep Messing said he had "inside info" on a Lionel Messi move to MLS and that "it is going to happen and it's going to happen soon."

Like any great amateur sleuth, I then carefully watched PSG's home match against Lyon on Sunday looking for clues. I think I found them: Messi wants to get out of Paris like a bat out of hell.

With the slogan "Juntos" (together) and the promise of a "Centenary Cup", CONMEBOL president Alejandro Dominguez called on FIFA to award the World Cup to the continent where it began.

Ronaldinho has still got it and flexes incredible skills in soccer volleyball clip

Brazilian legend Ronaldinho may have turned 43 this month but there’s still an exorbitant amount of life left in his legs.

Earlier this week, he posted a clip of himself on Instagram playing some intense 2v2 sand volleyball. The catch was that none of the players were allowed to use their hands or arms.

Ronaldinho was as flashy as ever. He successfully completed a no-look pass while smiling into the camera, prevented his opponents from scoring and finished off the point with an incredible kick.

What a play!
