Neymar had a rough start to the 2018 World Cup in Russia. Against Switzerland he was pounded with repeated fouls in an eventual disappointing draw. Against Costa Rica, the Concacaf side frustrated Neymar and his teammates for 90 minutes, Brazil’s star man even attempting an ill-fated flop or two. In the end, thanks in part to Philippe Coutinho, Brazil prevailed and we got to see some sweet Neymar skills in the final minutes.
The United States is not in the 2018 World Cup and Costa Rica just showed the world why. No matter how skilled a team is (or isn’t), it is extremely difficult to beat a Concacaf side like Costa Rica, Panama or Honduras. But a stoppage-time Philippe Coutinho goal vs Costa Rica was just enough to get Brazil a vital three points with a 2-0 win and knock Los Ticos out of the tournament on Friday in Russia.
We hate to make this day about Argentina and Lionel Messi, but that's what we're going to do. Iceland vs Nigeria is a massive match for both two teams involved but for La Pulga and the mess that is Argentina, it's their World Cup fate. Brazil will also look to get back on track after a disappointing draw vs Switzerland. Serbia and Switzerland are vying for the last spot in Group E so don't miss that one! The original game plan for Brazil had to have been work an opening with Neymar on the ball, twist and turn into some space and then put it in the net. That almost happened in the game’s opening stages, but Paulinho somehow missed from a couple yards out. This is probably the miss out the tournament so far (from open play).

All of these NFL players probably had no idea that the U.S. didn’t qualify for the World Cup in Russia. So, they embarked on a strenuous journey to find a new team support.
