Goalkeepers of the game are often understood as the less technical and skillful players on the field, as their main duty is to use their hands to stop the opposing team from putting the ball in the back of their net.
However, a goalkeeper in Portugal threw the stereotypical script out the window and pulled off one of the most disrespectful nutmegs we’ve ever seen.

He might be him.
In a Portuguese Revelation League (U-23 National Championship) match between SC Braga and Rio Ave, a young goalkeeper by the name João Carvalho decided to showcase his cold-blooded skills in perhaps one of the most absurd moments to do so in a game.
While only being 2-1 up in the closing minutes of the match, Carvalho received the ball inside his own box, cut the pressuring opponent only to later pull off one of the filthiest nutmegs we’ve ever seen from a keeper.

He left the opposing player unaware and confused of what had happened.
Skills and nutmegs aren’t the only thing Carvalho has to offer, though.
The 19-year-old Portuguese keeper also had an incredible performance — now with his hands — against Real Madrid in the UEFA Youth League, becoming the MVP of their important away draw.
