After months of speculation, Philippe Coutinho is moving to Barcelona. According to reports, the midfield maestro and pocket cannon will leave Liverpool for a reported $192.7 million. The Coutinho transfer fee ranks second all-time on the list of most expensive transfers in world football. 

The club officially announced Coutinho on Saturday.

For the second time in less than a year, Barcelona has made the second-most expensive transfer of all time. In the summer, the Blaugrana paid $131.6 million to pry Ousmane Dembele from Borussia Dortmund. It was only behind the $267 million Paris Saint-Germain paid Barcelona for Neymar.
