Described by my former teammates as a Yannick Bolassie-type with no power, and somehow less end product, I’ve always emulated the few-and-far-between mavericks that never forgot how to play. For me, this feeling is what my writing strives to emulate. In a world and sport too often dictated by results, sometimes all it takes is an impudent flick or good story to rediscover what we first fell in love with about the game.
