So let’s talk about 2020. The year started with us cheering and drinking to the start of the ‘Roaring 20’s’ and Great Gatsby-esque aesthetics. How naive we were…

I don’t know about anyone else, but I have yet to throw a lavish party to get the attention of my long lost love. If anything, parties aren’t allowed in this day and age — for good reasons, obviously. And no one has called me ‘Old Sport’ at all this year.
2020 has been like Jumanji — every month brings some new terrible thing that we have to go through.

From WW3 threats to the worst pandemic in 100 years, we’ve been through a lot.
And I've got one more thing to add to the pile. Back at the beginning of this mess, New Year's Eve to be exact, a soccer friendly took place inside a Mexico prison. It quickly turned unfriendly.
A 'friendly' match between two cartels, in a prison in North-Central Mexico, saw 16 people die & 5 injured.
Despite family members being present, both sides somehow had access to weapons, including guns.It took two hours for the police to take back control of the prison.

The match was held between two rival drug cartels. Things escalated after a ‘dirty’ tackle occurred inside the penalty box.
Somehow, both sides had access to guns and other weapons. In total, 16 people were fatally wounded and another five were injured. Police and other soldiers spent about two hours trying to contain the riot.
Thank you, 2020. For being the worst
What if 2021 is worse than 2020, and everyone wants to go back to 2020?
