England Reenacts Rocky Balboa Training Montage With Rubber Chicken Before Croatia Semifinal

The Three Lions squad was spotted performing the most gruesome training regimen known in the world of sports, an ancient technique that some even say not a single Shaolin monk has been capable of. England, in tribute to Rocky Balboa, trained with a chicken. A rubber chicken.

The #ItsComingHome crew was even gracious enough to show the world this super-secretive method of mass destruction.

England captain Harry Kane seems to be ecstatic with the team’s overall relaxed morale.

England goes onto its first World Cup semifinal in 28 years on Wednesday against so-far undefeated Croatia.
