David Beckham is football royalty, but he’s got nothing on the actual English (constitutional) monarchy. Nonetheless, we caught a glimpse of David Beckham at the royal wedding between some prince and some American and he was looking fine as hell, as one would expect.
I’ll be honest: Could I care less about the royal wedding itself? Yay for an American marrying its way into the royal family, but it’s not like either Prince Harry or Meghan Markle will have any real power in government. I miss the days when royal weddings meant something, like when Queen Victoria was essentially the grandmother of Europe.
But I bet Anglophiles like you can’t get enough of the royal wedding. How do I know this? Because you already clicked on this link. That, or you were confused by the subhead of David Beckham in Deadpool commercials, which is totally worth checking out too. Personally, I’d rather watch Deadpool than another second of wedding coverage, but I’m just an unmarried man typing next to a cat.

David Beckham of course attended the wedding with his wife Victoria, formerly known as Posh Spice of the Spice girls. She looks a bit bored here though.
