It was all sunshine and rainbows for PSG on the field Saturday. The reigning French champions defeated Lyon 2-0 behind goals from Serge Aurier and Edinson Cavani. Aurier in particular was a revelation at left-back.
Off the field, though, was a diferent matter for the club, who look like they might lose star striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
"It could be that this was my last game for PSG," Zlatan said after the game.
Zlatan said that he needs to make an important decision this week regarding his future. He has been linked with Galatasaray, Manchester United, AC Milan and a host of other teams. Recently he said that he's happy at PSG and that his next move will be a big surprise.
Ibrahimovic has one year left on his contract and has expressed his esire to play in America one day. An MLS move is unlikely at this point, but it could be the big surprise Zlatan was talking about. At this point in his career, we've learned to expect the unexpected from Zlatan, so it's going to be pretty hard for him to surprise us.
