These Roma Skill Checks Will Make You Question Everything You Know About Chelsea
It’s not going well for Chelsea at the moment. Manager Antonio Conte has already admitted that the nine-point gap to Manchester City in the Premier League will be extremely difficult to overcome while emphasizing the need for Chelsea supporters “to have patience, to understand we are trying to build something important for the future.”
Watch Diego Godín Get Spectacularly Kicked In The Face By Qarabag’s Pedro Henrique
Kicks are spectacular. Especially in martial arts. Also in movies. I mean, just think about Jackie Chan or Bruce Lee. However, every now and then soccer players can be seen kicking their colleagues in pretty spectacular ways. This week Champions League highlight is no doubt Diego Godin kicked in the face by Qarabag's Pedro Henrique.
Henrique and Godín were both in the air, having jumped to reach the ball. Somehow, Henrique managed to get his foot all the way up to Godín’s face. Now, this certainly wasn’t one for fair play, but no doubt it was a memorable image.
Javi Martinez Got His Halloween Started Early After Scoring vs. Celtic
Celtic Park was not a very spooky place this Halloween. At least not for the visitors. Bayern Munich's go-ahead goal in the 77th minute against Celtic in the Champions League Tuesday was slightly marred by goal-scorer Javi Martinez bleeding all over the place immediately afterwards.

Stephan El Shaarawy Had Himself A Roman Hat Trick Against Chelsea
Stephan El Shaarawy scored what we’re forever calling a Roman Hat Trick. The Roma winger scored two goals in the first half against Chelsea and received a bit of unexpected foreplay from teammate Diego Perotti. Roma beat Chelsea 3-0 on Tuesday in the Rome rematch of the remarkably entertaining 3-3 draw at Stamford Bridge a couple weeks ago. El Shaarawy was at the center of it all, spoiling the return of Blues coach Antonio Conte to his native country.
Stephan El Shaarawy Hits A Screamer Less Than One Minute Into Chelsea Match
Eden Dzeko cushions a perfect header that sets up a Stephan El Shaarawy volley for the ages. What a strike! Roma are up early in Champions League group stage play.

Champions League Prize Money Didn't All Go To Who You Think It Should
The Champions League is the richest club competition in the world, paying out more than $1.5 billion to participating teams. But the Champions League prize money distribution is kinda funky given the amount of cash being tossed around. Leicester City, which reached the quarterfinals, was paid more than Real Madrid, which won the whole dadgum thing.
