The support and admiration for women’s football has grown immensely around the world. The rise of women in sports has progressed over the years, and it’s amazing to see current professionals stepping up and taking a stand for the game they love to create a more prosperous future for aspiring athletes.

Today we’re on a blast from the past with a Nike soccer commercial you guys are hopefully familiar with. It’s one of my top favorites out there, "The Mission" commercial:
Nike has unveiled its 2020 jerseys for the USA, Nigeria and South Korea, and there’s a lot to like here. We’ll start with the U.S., which includes the implementation of the Nike Futura logo on the jerseys, shorts and socks (it’s the old-school version of the Swoosh with “NIKE” printed above it). We all love the Futura logo.
In trying times of uncertainty and angst, it’s good to have something to be hopeful about: The next generation of Nike training gear looks extremely promising — I’m talking good and comfy.
The next-gen of VaporKnit technology features high-stretch, anti-cling material and mesh in all the right places. Barcelona’s the first club to reveal the training tops and bottoms, but other Nike teams will release their own collections in the coming weeks.

Rapinoe has had herself quite the year and to add on to her standout persona, Nike honored her with a pair of cleats designed specifically to commemorate her triumph at Monday’s Ballon d’Or ceremony.
She’s known for her pink hair, her activism and her recent World Cup performance with the USWNT, where she earned herself the Golden Boot and Golden Ball awards. Now if you had to describe Rapinoe by customizing a cleat, it would look a lot like Nike’s design.
In today’s world of inundating social media feeds, labyrinthine methods of escapism and banging SoundCloud profiles, it’s not enough to throw a jersey on your club’s star player and expect to move units. You gotta get all the world’s most innovative brand specialists together and hit the people with something so profound that it’d seduce your dad quicker than Billie Eilish working the register at a Bass Pro Shop.
Real Madrid fans are unique. As supporters of the most successful club in the history of Europe — if not the world — they look down on all others, especially that pesky club from Catalonia.
The only club that can really challenge Los Blancos’ superiority in Spain is, of course, Barcelona, so the rivalry is understandable intense. No other team brings out the best (or worst) in Real.
In Felipe’s case, it was the worst.
